Izabel Alfany is Biologist, holds a PhD in Physiology from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in Business Innovation from EUNCET Business School. She has more than 16 years of experience in life sciences and healthcare and has dedicated the last 10 years to innovation and international collaboration in the health sector. Prior to joining EIT Health, she was the Head of Health Platform at Leitat, top ranked Spanish RTO), and acted as co-chair of EARTO’s working group of medical technologies. Currently, she is the Operations & Business Development Director at EIT Health Spain.
