Carolyn Blake serves as a European Policy Consultant for the U.S.
Chamber Institute for Legal Reform (ILR). Based in Brussels, Carolyn
provides strategic guidance for ILR’s EU advocacy program, with
responsibility for anticipating regulatory threats to the investment
climate and developing solutions to impact legislative direction.
Before
moving to Brussels, Carolyn worked at ILR’s headquarters in Washington,
D.C., advancing communications campaigns and research on civil justice
reform. She also served as chief speech writer for ILR’s president.
Carolyn earned a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown
University and a bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from
Texas A&M.
