Lisa Earnhardt is Abbott’s Executive Vice President, Medical Devices, where she oversees the cardiovascular, neuromodulation and diabetes care businesses.
Before joining Abbott in 2019, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of Intersect ENT since 2008. Prior to Intersect, Lisa was President of Boston Scientific’s Cardiac Surgery division. She began her career in healthcare management consulting.
Lisa currently serves on the board of directors of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed).
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford, and her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where she serves on the Advisory Board.
