Chris Tyberg, Chief Information Security Officer, is responsible for
Abbott’s enterprise strategy and program to ensure information assets,
technologies and products are protected.
Chris holds various
leadership roles within the industry focused on developing standards and
best practices for healthcare security. As Vice Chair of the Health
Sector Coordinating Council, Chris provides private-sector input to
government policy makers and develops shared healthcare
cybersecurity resources.
Chris previously served as Divisional VP of
Product Security at Abbott as well as Chief Information Security
Officer at St. Jude Medical. He began his career in Information Security
and Risk at Ernst & Young.
