Patrick is Director General, Strategic Initiatives at MedTech Europe and leads the development of key Industry Strategic Initiatives: MedTech Europe Value-Based Health Care deployment, Digital Health expansion and finalising the EU/Medtech industry public-private partnership to support research and innovation in the healthcare industry. Patrick is representing MedTech Europe at teh Governing Board of the European Innovative Health Initiative publuic private partnership. Patrick was educated as an agronomist and as an engineer in biology.
